IT Infrastructure Engineer

We're looking for a skilled IT Infrastructure Engineer with a strong background in Windows Server Administration, Azure & O365, Networking, and Cybersecurity tools to join our growing team!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments and Active Directory (AD/ADFS)
• Administer Azure cloud infrastructure (VMs, NSGs, VNet Peering, Storage, Synapse, Databricks, etc.)
• Configure and maintain O365 Admin Center
• Monitor and respond to vulnerabilities using tools like Nessus
• Administer Firewall & AV solutions (Sophos preferred)
• Work with SIEM tools (Log360, ADAudit Plus, Microsoft 365 Defender)
• Configure L2/L3 network switches, VLANs, Spanning Tree, and Routing protocols (BGP, SD-WAN)
• Implement traffic filtering with ACLs, Route Maps, and Prefix Lists
• Use tools like Site24x7, PRTG, and SureMDM for monitoring and remote support
• Follow best practices aligned with ITIL standards

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure & systems administration
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, SMTP, SNMP, FTP
• Hands-on experience in vulnerability management, email/web security, and endpoint protection
• Solid understanding of OSI layers, IPv4 addressing, and subnetting
• Experience with WAFs (Barracuda preferred), Group Policy Management, and cloud-based DNS

Certifications:

• Mandatory: Microsoft Azure Certification (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-900)
• Preferred: CompTIA Security+, ITIL Foundation, Sophos, Barracuda, or ManageEngine tools
