Job Details

• Industry and Company Research
• Understanding company structures and dynamics
• Keep self-updated with market information
• Updating and maintaining data / information on the internal ATS
• Determines applicant requirements by understanding job description
• Attracts applicants with job advertisements, social networking and job sites.
• Qualify applicants and schedule interviews with complete recruitment process
• Assisting the Team Leader / Senior Consultant in the execution of Senior level management mandates
• Providing insight, market intelligence and counsel regarding industry verticals to team members
• Adhere to approved policies and procedures.
• Stay abreast of competition, industry practices and opportunities in recruitment business

What we want from you

• 0 – 1 years of experience, Freshers or UGs
• Proactive, confident and outgoing personality
• Fluency in English language with good verbal and written skills for candidate and client interactions.
• MS office skills
