Position: Java Trainer (Full-time/Part-time)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Java Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for teaching and must possess excellent communication and presentation skills. As a Java Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our students and ensuring their success.

Responsibilities:

Conducting classroom and online training sessions for Java programming language.
Designing and delivering course materials that meet the learning objectives of the students.
Assessing student progress and providing feedback to help them improve their skills.
Collaborating with the curriculum development team to ensure that training content is up-to-date and relevant.
Participating in the hiring process of new trainers and providing mentorship to junior trainers.
Assisting in the development of new training courses and updating existing courses as required.
Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to Java programming language.
Working closely with the placement team to help students prepare for interviews and job placements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
At least 1 years of experience in Java programming language.
Experience in teaching Java programming language to students or professionals.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
A passion for teaching and helping students achieve their goals.
Additional Requirements for Full-time Position:

Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Ability to manage a team of trainers and oversee multiple training programs simultaneously.
Additional Requirements for Part-time Position:

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Ability to work independently and manage training sessions with minimal supervision.
