Greeting Customers: Welcome customers warmly as they enter the store, establishing a friendly atmosphere.

Understanding Needs: Engage with customers to comprehend their requirements and preferences regarding jewellery.

Product Demonstration: Showcase various jewellery pieces, explaining features, benefits, and craftsmanship to assist customers in making informed decisions.

Closing Sales: Effectively close sales by guiding customers through the purchasing process, ensuring all transactions are completed accurately.

Staying Informed: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of jewellery trends, product offerings, and market conditions to provide accurate information to customers.

Training and Development: Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills, ensuring the ability to answer customer inquiries confidently.

Handling Complaints: Address customer complaints or issues promptly to maximize satisfaction and maintain a positive shopping experience.

Building Relationships: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals

Skills Required

Need Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction.

A passion for jewellery and an understanding of its features.

Self-motivation and target-driven work ethic.

Experience in retail sales.
