Job description:

1.      Contribution towards sale/Ticket size conversion.

2.      Convert walk - ins into sales/Customer service/Understanding customer requirement.

3.      Communicating stock requirements/Stock shrinkage, Risk management.

4.      Hygiene, cleaning of display trays and stock / non buyer Reports/Feedback forms.

5.      Attendance, Punctuality & well Groomed.

1.      Competencies Expected: Presentable, Good communication skills, convincing skills, polite and quick learner.

2.      Technical skills Expected: knowledge about the products.

3.      Behavioral traits Expected: patient and confident.
