Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executives to join our team at Challani Jewellery Mart. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide a premium customer experience in a jewellery retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and attend customers in a courteous and professional manner

Understand customer needs and assist in selecting jewellery accordingly

Provide detailed information on products, pricing, offers, and services

Handle billing, packing, and documentation accurately

Maintain stock display, cleanliness, and overall showroom presentation

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Maintain customer relationships and encourage repeat business

Coordinate with back-office and inventory teams for smooth operations

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of retail sales experience (jewellery preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-centric approach with pleasing personality

Basic knowledge of gold, diamond, and silver jewellery

Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment

Proficiency in local language (Tamil) and basic English

Educational Qualification:

Minimum: 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline

Additional Details:

Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives

Weekly Off: On a rotational basis
