Junior Content Writer

Role Summary:

The Content & Community Engagement Executive will be a core member of the marketing team, responsible for HR-focused content research,

creation, curation, and managing professional communities. The role bridges HR knowledge with marketing execution and community engagement.

KRA: Task / Activities:

• Support employer branding and thought leadership initiatives Research and curate content related to HR recruitment, talent acquisition, HR consulting, hiring trends, and workplace practices.
• Create and manage HR-focused content for LinkedIn, WhatsApp communities, blogs, newsletters, and campaigns.
• Stay updated with industry trends, HR policies, recruitment practices, and market insights.
• Collaborate with recruitment and consulting teams to ensure accuracy and relevance of content
• Build and manage professional HR,recruiter, job-seeker, and business communities
• Drive community engagement through discussions, polls, Q&A sessions, and learning prompts
• Maintain content calendars and ensure timely publishing

  KPI: Performance Metrics:

•  Consistency in content publishing
•  Quality and relevance of HR-focused content
•  Engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares, discussions)
•  Community growth and participation levels
• Timely execution of content calendars, Internal stakeholder satisfaction

Required Skills:

•  Strong understanding of HR recruitment & HR consulting
•  Proven experience in content research, curation, and management
•  Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to simplify complex HR topics

Preferred skills:

•  Experience managing WhatsApp or LinkedIn communities
• Exposure to employer branding or HR marketing
