Job Summary

VALEO INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Engineer - Electronics to join our innovative team. This role involves contributing to the design, development, and testing of electronic components and systems, with a focus on firmware, PCB design, and ensuring robust quality throughout the product lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities

* Assist in the algorithmic design and implementation for embedded systems.
* Contribute to the design and development of electronic circuits and systems, adhering to established design rules.
* Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure design integrity and functionality.
* Develop and debug firmware for microcontrollers, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
* Participate in the design and layout of Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs).
* Execute quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) activities to identify and resolve potential issues.
* Support the creation and execution of test plans to validate electronic designs and firmware.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior engineers and project managers.
* Document design specifications, test results, and other relevant technical information.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
* Basic understanding of Algorithmic Design principles.
* Familiarity with electronic Design processes and methodologies.
* Knowledge of Design Rules and best practices in electronics.
* Experience or coursework in Firmware Development for microcontrollers.
* Understanding of Microcontrollers architecture and programming.
* Exposure to Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Design tools and concepts.
* Awareness of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) principles.
* Ability to contribute to Test Planning activities.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
