Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Engineer - Electronics to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to apply their knowledge of electronics design and development in a fast-paced automotive environment. You will contribute to the design, development, and testing of electronic components and systems, ensuring adherence to quality standards and design rules.

Job Responsibilities

* Assist in the algorithmic design and implementation of embedded software for electronic control units.
* Contribute to the design and development of electronic circuits, including schematic capture and layout of Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs).
* Participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring compliance with established design rules and specifications.
* Support the firmware development cycle for microcontrollers, including coding, debugging, and testing.
* Execute test plans and procedures to validate electronic components and systems, performing thorough quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) checks.
* Document design decisions, test results, and development processes in accordance with company standards.
* Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize designs.
* Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies in electronics and automotive domains.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
* Solid understanding of Algorithmic Design principles.
* Proficiency in electronic Design tools and methodologies.
* Familiarity with Design Reviews and adherence to Design Rules.
* Basic experience or strong academic background in Firmware Development for Microcontrollers.
* Knowledge of Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Design principles and software.
* Understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) processes.
* Ability to develop and execute Test Planning.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
