1 Implementation of Place for every part (PFEP).
2 Responsible for Stores capacity analysis and Safety stock fixation as per ABC classification.
3 Inventory Management and replenishing the stores safety stock as per the safety norms
4 Cogi Monitoring & clearance.
5 Cycle count process execution & stock adjustment with RCA.
6 Responsible for Sub-contract reconciliation.
7 Gate entry & GRN reconciliation.
8 Responsible for RGP / RTV / MDR monitoring.
9 Stock adherence for critical parts.
10 On time stock posting in the system.
11 Scrap disposal knowledge
