JUNIOR MANAGER - SUPPLY CHAIN FINANCE OPERATIONS

Operational Excellence

  • Drive operational excellence in supply chain financial activities by creating and executing streamlined processes, standard operating procedures, and performance indicators.
  • Continuous assessment of current processes and procedures to enhance productivity, cut costs and shorten turnaround times.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to improve processes and achieve operational goals.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Highlight the ability to analyze workflows and implement improvements to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
  • Emphasize the importance of maintaining high-quality standards in operations, ensuring consistency, and meeting/exceeding industry benchmarks.
  • Stress the ability to collaborate across departments, communicate effectively, and build strong relationships internally and externally.

Risk, performance, and analytics

  • Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with supply chain operations. Monitor market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes that may impact supply chain finance. 
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies and implement appropriate controls.
  • Proficiency in defining, tracking, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and drive operational success, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Stakeholder management

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex operational information in a clear, concise manner to stakeholders at various levels within and outside the organization.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to identify and implement technology solutions and automation tools to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders. Collaborate with external partners, such as financial institutions and suppliers, to ensure seamless execution of supply chain finance activities.
