Job Summary

A Junior Marketing Executive supports the marketing team in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing activities. The role involves coordinating campaigns, conducting market research, preparing reports, and assisting in brand promotion to help achieve company sales and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Support

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, production, and design.

Help prepare marketing materials, presentations, and proposals.

2. Market Research

Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Collect and analyze customer feedback and market trends.

Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.

3. Client Coordination

Communicate with customers, vendors, and partners.

Support the sales team with product information and marketing support.

Maintain good relationships with clients.

4. Digital & Promotional Activities

Assist in managing social media marketing activities.

Support in email marketing, digital campaigns, and online promotions.

Help update website content or promotional materials if required.

5. Reporting & Documentation

Prepare marketing reports and performance analysis.

Maintain records of campaigns, leads, and marketing activities.

Assist in preparing monthly marketing reports.

Required Skills

Good communication and presentation skills

Basic knowledge of marketing strategies

Ability to perform market research and analysis

Knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Basic understanding of digital marketing tools

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

0–2 years of experience in marketing or sales support

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of social media marketing

Basic understanding of branding and advertising

Ability to work in a team environment
