Junior Site Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in daily site operations, ensure work is executed as per plans and standards, and support senior engineers in managing project activities. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career engineers looking to build strong technical and site management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in supervising site activities to ensure work is completed on time and in accordance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth progress of work.
• Monitor material usage and maintain site records such as daily progress reports, material logs.
• Ensure that machinery and other movable assets are properly maintained and in optimal working condition.
• Assist with quality checks, measurements, and verification of completed work.
• Support in preparing site reports, documentation, and updates for senior engineers and project managers.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental guidelines at all times.
• Participate in site meetings and relay relevant information to the team.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant site experience (freshers may apply).
• Basic knowledge of construction processes, drawings, and materials.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD.
