Responsibilities

• Develop and implement warehouse operational policies and procedures to maximize efficiency and productivity
• Oversee inventory management processes, including receiving, storage, and dispatching of goods
• Utilize data-driven metrics to analyze warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement
• Lead and mentor a remote team of warehouse personnel, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate logistics and supply chain activities
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize costs and service levels
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies regarding health and safety

Required and Preferred Qualifications Required:

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations
• Proven track record of optimizing warehouse processes and improving operational efficiencies
• Strong understanding of inventory management systems and practices
• Ability to lead and motivate a remote team effectively
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
