KBS Deputy Process Manager
Job Title: Deputy Process Manager – KBS
Experience: Over all 10 + years
Function: S2P
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Deputy Process Manager to lead and manage end-to-end P2P operations within the Finance function. The role requires strong expertise in Accounts Payable, Procurement, and Invoicing, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. The incumbent should have prior experience handling teams and driving process improvements, including automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end Source to Pay / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations.
- Oversee Accounts Payable, Procurement, and Invoicing processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Manage and mentor a team, ensuring performance, productivity, and continuous development.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives using Power Automate.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and audit requirements.
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics to ensure process efficiency.
- Support transition, stabilization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong P2P / S2P domain knowledge, especially in Accounts Payable and Procurement.
- Hands-on experience in Invoicing and vendor management.
- Exposure to Power Automate for workflow optimization and automation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience in handling and leading teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Experience & Education
- Overall experience of up to 10 years in Finance / P2P / S2P operations.
- Prior experience in a team lead or managerial role is mandatory.
- MBA / Commerce background preferred
