Kinaxis Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert consulting services using Kinaxis RapidResponse, focusing on implementation, configuration, and optimization for clients.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective supply chain solutions.
• Lead and participate in project teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and to the client's satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Provide thought leadership in the area of supply chain management, identifying industry trends and emerging technologies that could benefit our clients.
• Train and mentor junior team members, helping to build a strong, cohesive team.
• Continuously enhance technical skills and industry knowledge, staying current with Kinaxis updates and new features.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Mandatory Certification: Kinaxis Author Level 1 or above, or Kinaxis Solution Consultant Level 1 or above.
• Experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse, with hands-on experience from 2020 onwards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to think strategically about business challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to effectively engage with clients and team members.
• Proven ability to lead and manage projects, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Training in Kinaxis Retail Instance is highly desirable.
• Additional certifications in supply chain management or related fields.
• Experience in consulting or advisory roles in supply chain management.
• Ability to travel as needed to client sites.
