This is a pure veg hotel

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook pure vegetarian dishes for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
• Ensure taste, quality, and consistency of all food items
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen as per food safety standards
• Plan daily menu and assist with ingredient preparation
• Proper handling and storage of raw materials
• Coordinate with hotel staff for timely food service

Requirements:

• Experience as a Cook / Chef / Helper / Master in a pure veg hotel or restaurant
• Knowledge of South Indian / North Indian vegetarian cooking (customize if needed)
• Ability to manage kitchen operations independently
• Punctual, responsible, and hardworking
• Immediate availability preferred
