Kitchen Helper

Location: KB's Eatery, Kodambakkam, Chennai

Employment Type: Full-time

• Experience Required Minimum 6 months of hands-on kitchen experience
• Experience in preparing French Fries, Momos, and Milkshakes is mandatory
• Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve French Fries (6mm cut), Momos, and Milkshakes as per standard recipes
• Ensure consistent taste, portion size, and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times
• Follow proper storage and handling procedures for raw and frozen items
• Ensure zero wastage by accurate portioning and careful handling
• Keep the workstation, utensils, and equipment clean during and after shifts
• Coordinate with counter staff to ensure timely order preparation
• Follow the instructions given by the kitchen supervisor/owner
• Report any issues related to stock, equipment, or hygiene immediately
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional behavior at work
• Ensure no customer complaints related to food quality or hygiene

Probation Period Details

•  Duration: 1 Month
• Basic Salary: ₹13,000 per month
• Incentive: ₹2,000 per month
• (Based on on-time attendance, zero wastage, good hygiene practices, and no customer complaints)
• No weekly off during probation period
• Salary revision/hike from the 2nd month based on performance and discipline
• Candidate Requirements: understanding of kitchen operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced café environment
• Willingness to work long-standing hours
• Good personal hygiene and clean appearance
• Honest, responsible, and team-oriented attitude
• Ready to follow café rules and operating standards strictly
