Job Description
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Customer Service: Greeting guests, taking orders, answering menu questions, and providing friendly service.
- Beverage & Food Preparation: Operating coffee machines,brewing tea, and preparing food items like sandwiches.
- Cleaning & Maintenance: Clearing tables, sanitizing surfaces, cleaning coffee equipment, and sweeping floors.
- Cashiering: Operating the POS system, processing payments (cash/card), and managing the cash drawer.
- Inventory Management: Restocking supplies, checking food freshness, and participating in inventory counts.
- Safety Compliance: Adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
