Food Preparation

Assist in the preparation of menu items including:

• Preparation of burger components (buns, patties, sauces, toppings)
• Marination and coating of chicken for fried chicken and tenders
• Preparation of Tex-Mex items such as tacos, burritos, and fillings
• Cutting, slicing, and prepping vegetables and ingredients as per SOPs
• Accurate measurement and portioning of ingredients
• Preparation of sauces, dips, and seasoning mixes

Cooking & Assembly

• Cook food using standard methods including frying, grilling, and assembling
• Ensure fried chicken and sides are cooked to the correct temperature and crispness
• Assemble burgers, wraps, and combos as per brand standards
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control
• Ensure orders are prepared quickly and accurately for dine-in and delivery

Kitchen Maintenance & Hygiene

• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and utensils
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
• Ensure proper storage of ingredients and raw materials
• Dispose of waste responsibly and keep the kitchen organized
• Wash dishes and maintain overall kitchen hygiene

Teamwork & Communication

• Work efficiently as part of a fast-paced kitchen team
• Follow instructions from supervisors and kitchen leads
• Communicate clearly during peak hours to ensure smooth operations
• Assist team members as required

Inventory & Stock Handling

• Assist in monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies
• Inform supervisors about shortages or quality issues
• Follow FIFO (First In First Out) for stock rotation
• Ensure proper handling and storage of raw and cooked items
