We are looking for a Video KYC Executive to handle customer verification through video calls, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal KYC guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Video KYC as per company and regulatory standards
• Verify customer identity and documents during video interactions
• Ensure high-quality customer experience and clear communication
• Maintain accurate records of KYC processes

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Proficiency in Hindi or Bengali (mandatory)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge and attention to detail
