Job Description
Collect blood and other specimens following standard procedures
Label, process, and store samples correctly
Perform routine laboratory tests (hematology, biochemistry, serology, urine analysis, etc.)
Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment
Ensure quality control and calibration of lab equipment
Record, verify, and report test results accurately
Maintain cleanliness and sterility of the laboratory, Maintain proper documentation and lab registers
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and front office staff
