Labour Helper/Mazdoor

Job Summary:The Labour Helper (Mazdoor) is responsible for assisting skilled workers and supervisors in day-to-day site operations. The role involves handling, loading/unloading materials, cleaning work areas, carrying tools, and supporting construction or factory-related tasks to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.

• Key Responsibilities:Assist technicians, masons, welders, plumbers, electricians, or other skilled workers as required.
• Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment within the work site.
• Clean and prepare work areas, tools, and machinery before and after use.
• Mix, carry, or supply materials such as cement, sand, bricks, or fittings.
• Help in assembling, installation, or repair activities as instructed.
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace at all times.
• Follow instructions given by the site supervisor or project head.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
• Perform any other general labour tasks as assigned by the management.
• Skills & Requirements:Physically fit and able to lift or carry heavy materials.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety and discipline.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Willingness to work under outdoor or site conditions.
• Teamwork and punctuality are essential.
