Lady Housekeeping Supervisor

SRM Group is looking for a well-groomed and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to manage and oversee housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate should be a mature, responsible individual with strong leadership skills and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the premises.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

•            Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.

•            Train, guide, and monitor housekeeping staff for efficient performance and discipline.

•            Conduct regular inspections of rooms, offices, and common areas to ensure quality standards.

•            Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure proper usage and stock maintenance.

•            Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluation.

•            Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and organizational policies.

•            Address and resolve housekeeping-related issues promptly and efficiently.

Key Requirements:

•                Diploma / Degree is mandatory

•                Minimum 5+ years of experience in housekeeping supervision

•                Well-groomed and professional appearance

•                Mature candidate with strong leadership and team handling skills

•                Preference for married female candidates

•                Good communication and interpersonal skills (Tamil & English)
