Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic Land Sourcing Executive to identify potential lands, meet landowners, collect field information, and support our land acquisition team.

Key Responsibilities:       

• Identify suitable lands for purchase or development
• Conduct field visits and meet landowners directly
• Collect property details, documents, and location information
• Build and maintain a strong network of local contacts
• Share site reports, photos, and updates with the management
• Coordinate with survey teams and legal teams when required

Requirements:

• Good field knowledge and local area awareness
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Two-wheeler must
• Ability to travel and work independently
• Experience in land sourcing is an added advantage
