Job Description
- Chip Level Repairs: Perform Component Level Repairs (CLR), specifically repairing motherboard circuits, replacing ICs, and fixing BGA components, such as MOSFETs, capacitors, and BIOS chips.
- Hardware Diagnostics: Use diagnostic tools, digital multimeters, and oscilloscopes to trace signals and troubleshoot power-on issues, dead motherboards, and display issues.
- Soldering/Rework: Perform Advanced Rework Skills for PTH/SMD components according to industry standards, such as IPC-7711.
- Technical Documentation: Interpret schematics and board view files to pinpoint failures.
- General Maintenance: Repair laptops/notebooks, including screen repairs, keyboard replacements, and OS troubleshooting.
