Job Role

We are looking for a skilled and customer-oriented Laptop Repair Technician (On-field) to join our growing service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining laptops and related electronic devices at customer locations. This role demands strong technical expertise, professionalism, and a commitment to providing exceptional on-site service.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend on-field service calls and perform accurate diagnosis of laptop hardware and software issues.
• Carry out repairs, part replacements, upgrades, and preventive maintenance as required.
• Ensure timely completion of jobs while maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues, provide cost estimates, and update repair status.
• Coordinate with the internal team and vendors for parts procurement and technical support.
• Record service details, parts used, and job completion reports in the system accurately.
• Maintain proper handling of tools, spare parts, and customer equipment.
• Uphold company standards in professionalism, punctuality, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in laptop repair, including hardware troubleshooting, OS installation, and software configuration.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills for a wide range of brands and models.
• Basic understanding of networking and peripheral device setup.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple on-field tasks efficiently.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license mandatory.
• Diploma or certification in Electronics, Computer Hardware, or a related field preferred.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday, 09:30 AM to 7:30 PM — On-field role (customer locations + service hubs).
