Physicians reviewers - LAM 

Overview:

1. Physician with minimum 3 -5 years of clinical experience and skillset, to review the clinical information/medical record and summarize relevant clinical information based on set of guidelines/criteria.

Qualifications:

1. MBBS in India or MD (foreign medical graduates)    
2. MCI license – preferred, not mandatory     
3. Prior experience with US health care 
4. Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PPT)   

Experience: 

• Clinical experience: Minimum 3-5 years in clinical review or auditing role
• Auditing experience (Optional)

Communication Skill:  

• Strong written (documentation) and oral communication skills

Working Hours:

1. 40 hours per week as Full time employee
2. Shift time: 08:00AM TO 05:00PM IST
3. Weekends Off

Telecommuter/Internet requirements, if applicable:

1. High Speed internet connection at home, must be broadband
2. Must understand and adhere with telecommuter policy

Skills and abilities:

1. Strong personal and professional ethics    
2. Strong written (documentation) and oral communication skills    
3. Must have a strong analytical, problem-identification and process analysis skills with the ability to envision a solution from requirements    
4. Working within the timelines and getting necessary sign-off on each stages of work from stakeholders 
5. Maintenance and updating reports as required     
6. Must ensure meeting productivity and quality targets     
7. Must ensure availability for meeting/calls as required         
8. Work independently and as a team    
9. Liaison with the program/project manager as required    
10. Good team player & collaborative in approach    
11. Conduct all job functions and responsibilities in accordance with all company Compliance, Information Security and Regulatory policies, procedures and programs
