Understand the problem statement* Architect the solution with knowledge from different systems.. * co -ordinate between different stake holders *Help developers in implementing the solution

- Develop a quick POC  independently
- Help team members technically on implementation of AI solutions
- Debug and analyze issues for applications running in cloud run
-Do a research on latest available technoligies in AI front 
-Involve  in statergical projects.
- Lead  AI  technology  in Manfacturing Engineering

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering .
- Proven experience (2+ years) in AI/ML devlopment .
- Software development exprience of 3+ years in any of the programming languages(Web application development).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Leadership experience, including managing a team and guiding their professional development.
-Exprience in any of the frameworks Langraph ,Google ADK.
-Knowledge in MCP  and integrating with Tools. 
-Knowledge in Cloud deployment and ablity to resolve deployment issues in consultation with DEV ops.
-Good exprience in GCP is a must . 
-A2A knowledge and way to interconnect different agents developed in other departments within organisation
