As a Lead Engineer in our Mining products team, you will be responsible for design of air pollution control equipments, new product development and execution of projects.

Your role plays a vital part in the successful execution of projects.

You will be part of a team of Designers, Engineers and Specialists dedicated to the product design and project execution. By joining this team, you will have a chance to work in an international environment involving different cultures and different challenges.

Your responsibilities

• Produce SLD, Circuit diagrams, Cable list, Cable tray layout, Cable sizing, Motor sizing and feeder sizing.

• Check and review the engineering drawing and documents for ESP product. Produce deliverables according to defined project schedules. / Project requirements.

• Completion of assigned job within the allocated hours.

• Proposal support, Estimation and costing assistance.

• Provide positive support to team members towards meeting project and team commitments.

• To coordinate with internal and external customers.

• Reviews and evaluates vendor offers.

• Coordinates with cross functional departments and supports sales function with the required deliverables on time.

• Promotes a culture of personal and team safety, including others who may be affected by the company’s operational activities.

• Site feasibility study review for Upgrade /retrofit project and collect the engineering Inputs

• FAT / SAT / Commissioning support / Trouble shooting support

What you bring

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering discipline.

• 8 to 10 years’ experience in product design and project execution.

• Good knowledge of Electrical panels and equipment.

• Knowledge of Air pollution control equipment is added advantage.

• Knowledge of ACAD, any electrical drawing software is preferable,

• Knowledge of SEE Electrical is an added advantage.

• Knowledge of PLC / SCADA is an additional advantage.

• Knowledge and hands on experience in MS Office & Atlas

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to build and maintain good business relationship on all levels with Internal stake holders and customers.

• Good planning and organizing skills.

• Proactive & good team player..
