Lead Generation Executive

Position Summary   

Lead generation executive are responsible for receiving outbound calls from new and existing customers regarding a variety of requests. Using their knowledge of products or services as well as great customer service skills, these professionals address issues, provide support and offer information, as needed, to keep customers satisfied and retain business. 

They require a thorough knowledge of the products and services, good oral and written skills. Demonstrated success in s customer service is required.

Roles and Responsibilities

·      Good Communication, applicant should not have Mother tongue influence & comprehension Skills

·      Ability to speak and understand English at a skill of versant level 3 (Only for English que ).

·      Ability to comprehend & draft mails to prospects as per the scenarios.

Languages: Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding regional languages including Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam.

• Communication Skills: Ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders in multiple South Indian languages.
• Multilingual Competence: Command of English along with fluency in Tamil / Telugu / Malayalam as required.

Education & Experience

·      +2, Graduates or diploma.

·      Graduates or Under Graduates with 1 year of experience preferably in customer service but not restricted to the same.
