Lead Generation Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and well-spoken Lead Generation Executive to support our Business Development team in the Interior Home Furnishing industry. The role primarily involves meeting prospective clients, understanding their requirements, and generating qualified leads for interior and furnishing projects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet prospective clients at showrooms, sites, or client locations to introduce our interior and home furnishing solutions
• Understand client requirements related to curtains, wallpapers, upholstery, blinds, furniture, and interior projects
• Generate and qualify leads through client meetings, referrals, walk-ins, and field visits
• Coordinate with the sales and design teams to pass on detailed client requirements
• Follow up with potential clients to maintain interest and schedule further discussions or site visits
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term business growth
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and leads in CRM or tracking sheets
• Represent the company professionally during client interactions and meetings

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and client-handling abilities
• Confidence in meeting and engaging with new clients
• Basic knowledge or interest in interior design / home furnishings is preferred
• Ability to understand customer needs and convert interactions into leads
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive

Experience

• 0–3 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or client-facing sales
• Experience in interior, home furnishing, real estate, modular kitchens, or décor will be an added advantage
• Freshers with good communication skills and interest in interiors can also apply
