Job Description

• Knowledge on MECM Task sequence, APP Deployment, Patch deployments
• Understanding the needs of both internal and external customers and being committed to delivering an excellent service.
• Ability to work well with others in pursuit of business aims.
• Energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to the business unit.
• understanding the vulnerability reports, and handle the remediations

Positive response to and recognition of the need for change

Qualifications

• Any bachelor’s degree with 2 - 4 Years of experience in Managing Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and fixing VAPT findings.

Additional Information

• Coordinates with other SMEs, Helpdesk, Tech colleagues, etc in day-to-day activities.
• Maintain a proactive approach within the team, communicate well, ensure Standard Operating procedures (escalations, etc.) are followed, and contribute to the overall team Spirit
• Documenting remediation efforts, procedures, and lessons learned for future reference.
