Job Description
We are looking for a Lead – Projects & Operations to manage residential & industrial roofing, shed repair, roofing sheet replacement, ventilator installation, structural retrofitting, and anti-corrosion coating projects. The role involves handling site execution and office coordination to ensure projects are completed safely and on time.
Responsibilities:
Manage residential & industrial roofing and retrofitting projects
Handle site execution, planning, and supervision
Coordinate with clients, labour teams, and vendors
Prepare quotations, BOQ, and project schedules
Ensure quality control and timely completion of work
Take full ownership from order confirmation to project completion
Visit sites and supervise work when required
