Loan Executive

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Loan Sales Executives to be stationed inside our partner bank branches. Your primary responsibility will be to engage walk-in customers and promote various loan products such as Business loans and also need to visit customers.

50% Field and 50% office work.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend to customers visiting the bank branch and understand their loan requirements.

Explain and sell relevant loan products based on customer needs.

Assist customers in completing loan applications and collecting necessary documents.

Follow up with customers for documentation and loan approval status.

Maintain strong relationships with bank staff to ensure consistent leads.

Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

Two wheeler and license is Mandatory.

Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in loan sales or financial services preferred.

Freshers with good communication skills and a passion for sales can also apply.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Good knowledge of loan products and documentation process.

Proficiency in local language (Kannada) and basic English.
