Job Title: Credit Merchant BDE
Location: Chennai, Kanchipuram, Tiruvallur, Coimbatore and Tirupur
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard merchants to the Google Pay platform for credit and payment solutions.
- Educate merchants on credit policies, repayment schedules, and Google Pay benefits.
- Verify merchant documents and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain strong relationships with merchants to drive engagement and usage.
- Handle merchant queries and provide after-sales support.
- Meet monthly targets for merchant onboarding and transaction volume.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve merchant issues effectively.
