Fresher

• Education: Graduate preferred(2023 to 2025 – Passed-out Batch) | Salary – 14,000 TH+ Incentive

Sales Officer

• Education: HSC / Graduate preferred
• Experience: 0.6 – 1 years in sales, preferably in LAP, mortgages, or secured lending
• Salary – 14,000 to 18000 Take Home+ Incentive

Relationship Manager

• Education: HSC / Graduate preferred
• Experience: 1 – 3 years in sales, preferably in LAP, mortgages, or secured lending
• Salary – 18,000 to 25000 Take Home + Incentive

Key Responsibilities:

• Source new customers for Loan Against Property through direct sales, Branch partners.
• Understand customer requirements and assess financial eligibility.
• Guide customers through the documentation and loan application process.
• Maintain good relationships with customers & Branch and provide post-sales service.
• Achieve monthly sales targets for LAP disbursals.
• Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams for smooth processing.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
• Ensure adherence to compliance, KYC, and risk guidelines.

Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of LAP products and underwriting criteria
• Ability to manage channel partners and generate business
