Job Description
- Handle end-to-end processing of Used Car and Commercial Vehicle loans
- Explain loan products, eligibility, EMI options, and documents to customers
- Collect & verify KYC, income proof, and vehicle documents
- Do basic credit checks and prepare loan files for approval
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for sanction & disbursement
- Ensure all banking and compliance procedures are followed
- Maintain proper records and meet turnaround time (TAT) targets
- Support customers after disbursement (EMI queries, follow-ups)
- Build good customer relationships and generate repeat business
- Monitor repayments and help reduce overdue accounts
