Job Description
Company: HDFC Sales Pvt. Ltd.
Position: Loan Officer and Senior Loan officer– Telecalling (Direct Payroll)
Responsibilities:
- Call and explain home loan to existing HDFC customers and enquire customers – Home Loans, Mortgage and LAP.
- Work on leads provided by the company (no field work).
- Achieve sales target.
- Handle customer queries and maintain follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Languages (any one combination):
- Tamil + English
- Kannada + English
- Hindi + English
- Prior loan sales / telecalling experience preferred (freshers can also apply).
- CIBIL report must be clear (no major defaults).
- If experienced, must provide a proper relieving letter from the previous employer.
- Strong communication, convincing and negotiation skills.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass with Graduate preferred.
- Age: 21 to 32 years.
