Loan Processor

A Bank Loan Process Executive manages the end-to-end loan application lifecycle, including verifying customer documentation (KYC, income proof), conducting CIBIL checks, and coordinating with underwriters for approval. They ensure regulatory compliance, provide customer support, and accelerate loan disbursement, typically requiring a bachelor's degree, strong communication, and 0-2 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Management: Review loan applications for accuracy and completeness, ensuring all necessary documents (KYC, income, collateral) are collected.
• Verification & Processing: Perform CIBIL score checks, evaluate customer eligibility, and conduct document verification.
• Coordination & Liaison: Coordinate between customers, sales teams, and underwriting departments to ensure smooth processing and timely loan approvals.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, internal company policies, and lending regulations.
• Customer Support: Handle client inquiries regarding loan status, provide updates, and resolve issues related to documentation.
• Disbursement: Prepare loan files for underwriting and final disbursement.
