💰 Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹20,500 – ₹28,000 (Net Take Home)
• Performance Incentive: ₹700 per lakh disbursed
• Monthly Target: ₹50 Lakhs
• Attractive Incentive Structure for high performers

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Any Degree (Graduates from all streams welcome)
• Experience:

1. Minimum 1–2 years in Gold Loan / NBFC sector preferred
2. Candidates from Muthoot, Manappuram, Rupeek, Indiagold, or other NBFCs will be given preference
