• Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily pickup and delivery of blood samples from hospitals, clinics, and home collection locations.
• Ensure safe handling and temperature-controlled transport of biological samples.
• Maintain accurate records and chain-of-custody documentation for all samples.
• Work closely with phlebotomists, diagnostic labs, and operations teams to ensure timely processing of samples.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes for efficient logistics operations.
• Verify sample labeling, packaging, and documentation before transportation.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare safety protocols and biohazard handling guidelines.
• Track shipments and update status in logistics or laboratory management systems.
• Handle urgent or priority sample deliveries when required.
• Report delays, damaged samples, or operational issues to the supervisor.
