Job Title: Logistics & Fleet Operations Executive

Department: Logistics / Transport

Job Purpose:

To oversee and manage daily logistics and vehicle operations, ensuring smooth coordination between own and market vehicles, timely reporting, and adherence to company policies related to transport, documentation, and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Responsibilities:

1. Share daily vehicle status updates in designated WhatsApp groups.
2. Provide daily market vehicle placement updates in WhatsApp groups.
3. Prepare and share the daily load trip diesel and toll plan for both own and market vehicles.
4. Maintain records and submit reports for own vehicles, including vehicle dashboard data, weighbridge slips, and diesel bills.
5. On vehicle arrival at Chennai, ensure POD collection and supporting document submission for both own and market vehicles.

Weekly Responsibilities:

6. Prepare and send driver betta (allowance) statements through mail every week

Monthly Responsibilities:

7. Conduct monthly audits for own vehicles.

8. Update monthly vehicle maintenance details in the Google Sheet.

9. Prepare monthly target achievement reports, ensuring each vehicle achieves a minimum profit of ₹75,000.

10. Ensure onboarding of 5 market vehicles per category – 20FT, 32FT, SXL, and MXL trailers.

Additional Responsibilities:

11. Handle driver and acting driver hiring, documentation, and coordination as required.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of logistics and fleet operations.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp-based reporting.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to meet timelines and operational targets.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Logistics / Supply Chain Management).
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in transport or fleet management.
