Job Description
- Plan and manage logistics, transportation, and supply chain operations
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and warehouse teams
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability
- Optimize delivery routes to reduce cost and improve efficiency
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers
- Negotiate contracts with logistics vendors and transport partners
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
- Resolve logistics issues, delays, or customer complaints
- Maintain logistics records, reports, and performance metrics
- Lead and manage logistics staff, drivers, and warehouse teams
- Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and inventory systems
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good leadership and problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in MS Excel / ERP / Logistics software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Preferred SkillsExperience in FMCG / Food & Beverage / Retail logistics
- Knowledge of local and regional transport networks
- Cost optimization and vendor management experience
