Logistics Supervisor

Delivery & dispatch

• Plan and manage all outbound deliveries across Chennai, ensuring materials reach customers on time and in perfect condition
• Coordinate daily dispatch schedules with the sales team and communicate delivery timelines clearly to customers
• Handle customer delivery queries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally

Team management

• Supervise and manage a team of delivery staff and drivers, including shift planning and performance oversight
• Ensure all team members follow safety protocols when loading, transporting and unloading heavy materials such as marble and granite slabs
• Conduct regular briefings and maintain discipline and accountability within the logistics team

Warehouse & inventory

• Maintain accurate inventory records for all materials across the 3.3-acre display and storage areas
• Oversee proper storage, labelling and organisation of materials to minimise damage and enable fast retrieval
• Coordinate stock replenishment with the procurement team and flag low-stock situations proactively
