Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day maintenance of residential apartment
- Electrical, plumbing, civil & mechanical maintenance
- STP, WTP, DG set, lift coordination
- Vendor coordination & complaint handling
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance
Requirements:
- Diploma / BE (Electrical / Mechanical / Civil)
- 5–10 years experience in residential apartment maintenance
- Chennai-based candidates only preferred
