Job Summary

Engineered Fastening is currently hiring skilled and fresher candidates for the Maintenance Department at its Irungattukottai facility.

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation of production and forging machines by performing preventive maintenance, handling breakdowns, and maintaining safety and quality standards as per company requirements.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machines
• Identify and resolve electrical and mechanical issues
• Conduct daily machine inspections and maintain checklists
• Properly handle tools, equipment, and spare parts
• Coordinate with the production team to minimize downtime
• Follow company safety policies and procedures

Eligibility Criteria

• Gender: Male Candidates Only
• Age Limit: 18 to 30 years
• Qualification: 12th / ITI (Fitter, Electrician, Turner) / Diploma / BE / Any Degree
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
• Experience & SalaryFreshers: ₹17,000 per month
• 2–4 Years Experience: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month
• Work DetailsWorking Hours: 8 Hours per Shift
• Shift: Rotational (3 Shifts)
