This role is designed to provide hands-on training and development in all aspects of sales operations, customer relationship management, and leadership. The ideal candidate will be groomed for a future leadership role within our sales organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Learn and understand the company’s services and sales processes.
Assist in identifying and qualifying leads in target markets such as enterprise, SMB, or startups.
Support the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including demos and proposal development..
Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Analyze sales data and market trends to support strategic planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and customer service.
Complete assigned training modules and performance evaluations.
Shadow experienced sales managers and participate in field visits.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
Qualifications:
MBA in Sales & Marketing.
Undergraduate : Engineering in IT/CS.
Strong interest in technology, SaaS, cloud computing, or digital transformation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to understand technical concepts and customer pain points.
Familiarity with CRM tools and productivity platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365)
Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced tech environment.
Willingness to travel and relocate if required.
