• Supervise stylists, beauticians
• Assist in staff training, and scheduling
• Maintain a positive and professional work environment

• 💼 Operations Management
• Ensure smooth day-to-day salon operations
• Maintain hygiene and service quality standards
• Monitor stock, inventory, and supplies
• 📈 Sales & Customer Handling
• Drive service sales and achieve monthly targets
• Recommend services and products to clients
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints

💰 Billing & Reporting

• Manage billing, appointments, and daily reports
• Ensure accurate cash handling and transactions

🎓 Eligibility

✅ Freshers can apply (training will be provided)

• ✅ 0–3 years of experience in salon / retail / hospitality preferred
• ✅ Good communication skills (English/Tamil)
• ✅ Basic computer knowledge (billing/POS)
• ✅ Interest in beauty, grooming, and customer service
