Job Description
- Training ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and continuously improve training programs aligned with business goals
- Conduct training needs analysis across teams and roles
- Develop training materials (manuals, SOPs, e-learning, assessments)
- Deliver onboarding and ongoing training sessions
- Coach and mentor trainers and team leaders
- Track training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Quality ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain quality standards and frameworks
- Monitor performance through audits, call monitoring, or process reviews
- Analyze quality data to identify gaps, trends, and root causes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and corrective action plans
- Partner with Operations to improve productivity, accuracy, and customer experience
- Ensure SOP adherence and process consistency across teams
- Leadership & Stakeholder ManagementLead and manage the T&Q team (trainers, quality analysts)
- Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Business leaders
- Present insights, reports, and recommendations to senior management
- Support change management and new process rollouts
- Reporting & GovernancePrepare regular training and quality performance reports
- Maintain documentation, certifications, and audit records
- Ensure readiness for internal and external audits
